There’s no specific Apple store in Dubai airport but I’m 90% sure that Dubai Duty Free stocks Macbooks in their electronics section. Prices for electronics aren’t brilliant, so it could be worth ringing Dubai Duty Free to check prices – www.dubaidutyfree.com

Although there is no apple store you will be able to buy accessories in the electronics section of Dubai Duty Free just like in any other airport. Just bear in mind that prices might be similar to your home country with less warranty on the product.
