Is a gun required to be registered in Utah?

Hi, and thanks for looking. I’m interested in purchasing Soviet firearms, and would not like the government to know about it. I am concerned for the future safety of my country, and the world, and I want to be able to kick some ass back. I want to at least say that we won’t give up without a fight. If you’re wondering what I’m talking about, watch "The Obama Deception" on YouTube. I recommend searching it, and clicking on the playlist, that has 12 videos. That way it will load faster. The total length is 1 hour 53 minutes, but worth your time. I’m not looking to pick a fight, but if trouble wants me, I’m gonna be ready for it.
I’m not sure where I’ll import them from, possibly domestic, or possibly international. But the point is, I would like the government to know as little as possible about these. I assure you, the number imported would be significant. The guns would be stored in a privately owned storage facility (like an underground bunker) at a location outside the limits of any city. Any specific legislature would also be very helpful in this case. Any questions about any of this, or if you would like to join the cause (just kind of a weekend warrior thing, but only violent if the government pushes first) then send me a message via the Yahoo! Answers message apparatus. Thanks for your time, and may God Bless America.

Don’t know Utah law, but your question could be taken 2 different ways.
1. Must you possess a gun to register (for what) in Utah?
2. Is gun registration required in Utah?
See my point?
