How to use Bongo International to ship my own items to Canada? i just recently opened a online clothing store and i have a account with Bongo International. but i dont know how to use it to ship my items to canada! -_____-;; and do i just drop off my shipment at USPS and they will help me to ship it to canada? please help me!
If you are a US retailer, then you ship the goods to Bongo and view them online when they are received. Then, you log into your account and pick the items you want to ship to Canada. Plug in the address and submit your order. They will process it the same day.
I suggest using their live chat feature if you can’t figure it out.
You also can request your Canadian customers to set up an account with Bongo. That may be even easier for you because you don’t need to get involved. You simply ship the goods via USPS to the customers Bongo Mailbox.
